Widely considered to be the origin of coffee as we know it today, Ethiopian coffee beans are found in specialty shops across the globe. This roast nears the light end of the medium spectrum which gives it a light/citrusy aroma while also having that roasted taste. Perfect for pour overs and espresso but can be used any way you have your cup.
