Espresso Blend

VCR's very first tried and true blend of coffees intended for use in pulling espresso shots. In the creation for this blend, I roasted five individual origins of coffee that I felt would make a nice cup of espresso, tasted, and adjust quantities that offered the perfect ratio of beans to produce this blend. Two origins did not make the cut.

Try it as a base for any espresso + milk drink or enjoy it on its own. Brazilian beans offer a familiar coffee base taste. The wet-hulled processed Indonesian beans bring the texture of a syrupy mouthfeel, and finally in the end, Ethiopia brings a bright, blueberry note to ensure the cup is complex and will not disappoint.

Recommended roast level: Medium or Medium-Dark
