PricingDue to the unstable nature of green coffee costs, the prices of my roasted coffee and shipping are subject to change without notice.
Discounts
All current discounts are now visible through this website as an announcement banner or on my instagram bio, and any word of mouth discounts have been discontinued as I have made a great effort to price as fairly as possible during the transition from my last 10oz/16oz bags to the current 12oz/24oz bags. The price of green coffee has also jumped significantly from 2024-2025 and if it ever goes down I will gladly pass on the savings.
California Cottage Law
I am fortunate to be licensed to produce and package my coffee from the home kitchen, however, sales/delivery of my coffee must only be within California state lines. If you are out of state and wish to purchase for delivery or pickup within CA, this is acceptable.

Coffee Tasting Notes
I taste my coffee beans through a method called "cupping" 24-48 hours after roasting. The tasting notes listed for each coffee are flavors that I find to come out of a cupping session, however like wine, these are suggestions of flavors. A coffee with strawberry listed as a tasting note will taste like coffee first, then a slight fruity sweetness on the palette. Each person may find their own experiences as I allow options for most roast levels on my coffee. Different brewing methods will affect the outcome as well.
Shipping
I prefer to ship the slowest method not only to keep costs low but this actually benefits the consumer as coffee flavors enter the golden zone of 7-30 days after roasting. If you were to brew immediately after roasting, there is a high level of C02 that will be present in tasting. This C02 will naturally degass over time which means slow shipping times is beneficial to cost and flavors. If faster shipping is necessary please leave a comment in the notes. I can also work with you on local pickup around Orange County (92807).
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your coffee please reach out so I can make suggestions based on what your are looking for and how you are brewing or go about processing a refund.
