Since 2020 I have progressively dove deeper into the coffee rabbit hole from passively drinking Mom's pot of drip coffee to taking up a sizable amount of our home with way more gear than a normal person could ever imagine, just for one cup of this brown caffeinated beverage. 

If you have seen me lately there is a chance that I have shared a brown kraft bag of a coffee selection I roasted at home. Since then, I have decided to dive in and pursue coffee roasting as a part time hobby while also learning about running a small business. 

I aim to create new and interesting offerings of roasted coffee while also recognizing that everyone has their own preferences so if you have any feedback I am happy to hear about it and make suggestions or help get the most out of your home setup.
