Together, they create a balanced cup with acidity shaped by roast development. Built entirely from washed coffees, the blend offers sweetness, body, and a touch of bright acidity. When roasted medium you’ll find lively top notes, while dark roasts yield a more classic espresso character—rich chocolate tones, deep sweetness, and an orange-zest-like acidity without being overtly fruity. Also great for drip, moka pot, aeropress, or any of your favorite brewing methods.
